A/Prof. Frantisek Milichovský, MSC, MBAHe is the assistent professor at Brno University of Technology (Faculty of business and management) and at Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice (School of Expertness and Valuation), Czech Republic. He graduated at the University of Technology (Faculty of business and management) where hi also obtained his PhD. His research field covers Reverse logistics in retail, international supply chain management, market research He educates student at both institutions in variety of programs. He is the author of numerous domestic and foreign publications and patents. |
A/Prof. Ladislav Mura, PhD, MBA, MSc.He is a Slovak economist and expert on small and medium enterprises, family businesses, human resource management and the phenomenon of internationalization of business. He is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Economics in Bratislava. His teaches students in: Small and medium enterprises, Family Businesses, Business Management, Management of Services, International Management and Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship in SPA and wellness. He is an author of some articles in scientific journals and monographs, articles in conference proceedings. From 2012 he is an Executive Editor of the Journal “Acta Oeconomica Unversistatis Selye”. Najung KimNajung Kim is an Associate Professor of Management at Kookmin University, South Korea. She received her Ph.D in Management and Organization at Boston College in the US and her MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology at London School of Economics in the UK. Her research explores the dynamics of individuals’ career experiences in the context of time, focusing on the concepts of identity, affect, and culture. As a career researcher and a certified career coach, she is passionate about helping individuals through the cycle of career development across different life stages. The topics include work-life balance issues across multiple life stages, sustainable work-related learning experiences over the course of career, generational differences on the meaning of career, and age differences in engagement at work. Her work has appeared in various outlets, including Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and The Oxford Handbook of Retirement. |
